FAQ

What people ask us most, answered plainly.

What does Apprenso do?

We are Apprenso, a brand of The Nelson M Group LLC. Our guides turn education grant information into short, readable explanations, free of charge.

How frequent are the messages?

Not often. Message frequency varies, topping out around 8 a month, and message and data rates may apply.

Can you place me in an apprenticeship?

No. We do not place or refer anyone. Apprenticeship.gov lists registered programs, and sponsors handle their own hiring.

How do I stop texts?

Just reply STOP. HELP brings up help information, and [email protected] works too.

What will I receive?

Nothing more than what you ask for: reading material on your topic, and optional texts that point to the guides.

How can I remove my information?

Write to [email protected] or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.

Do you award training grants?

No. We explain how funding is generally organized. Schools, workforce boards and agencies make their own decisions.

Do I have to give a phone number, email or ZIP code?

Only your first and last name, a topic and the privacy agreement. Email, mobile number and ZIP code are all optional.

Do you share my details with schools or lenders?

No. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with schools, lenders, scholarship services, lead buyers or other partners. For the details, read the Privacy Policy.

Are you a school, grant program or lender?

No. Apprenso does not give out money, make loans or process applications, and the guides should not be read as financial, legal or admissions advice.

Are texts required?

Never automatically. The form has two separate unchecked boxes, and you can submit without ticking either one.

Where do I actually apply?

Through the official source: StudentAid.gov for federal aid, your state agency for state grants, or your school’s financial aid office.

Do you tell me if I qualify?

No. Only the program or your school decides eligibility. We explain the usual rules in plain language so you can check them yourself.

Can you pick a program for me?

No. We do not recommend, rank or match you with schools or programs, and nobody pays us to mention them.

Keep the paperwork as tidy as the car.
